Key Responsoblities

The primary responsibilities for this job role are as follows:

  • Assess the feasibility of the project deliverables
  • Develop Project Management Plan
  • Support Business Analyst/ SME in requirement gathering and Scope baselining.
  • Work as product owner in Agile projects. Participate in Sprint planning and reviews.
  • Maintain and monitor Work Schedule/Sprints and communicate with stakeholders
  • Manage the project deliverables execution and implementation
  • Ensure the completion of User Acceptance Test and Project Closure
  • Adhere to Organizational quality processes
  • Communicate work progress status, issues, risks and support requirements regularly to Manager/Other stakeholders through formal / informal reports
  • Manage vendors deliverables
  • Change Request Management
  • Identify and mitigate risks
  • Manage the issue logs and escalate critical issues to the management.
  • Resource Planning and Responsible for Team performance
  • Maintain and report the Project status and artifacts at regular intervals
  • The additional responsibilities pertaining to this job role will include the following.
  • Assist pre-sales team in solutioning
  • Coordinate with the legal team in agreement preparation
  • Maintain repository of Organizational Process Assets.
  • Travel to project sites for project execution
  • Upgrade with latest technology developments
